This tape is definitely showing the North London artist's versatility as this track proves. With an upbeat instrumental and a guest feature from Pak-Man (who goes inn on this track) Bello showcases his personal lyrics which made him stand out when we first heard him.

Be sure to download 'DFR' 'ere: http://mixtapemadness.co.uk/Bello/DFR/633

Kozzie Ft. Donae'o - No Way

Kozzie and Donae'o have join forces for 'ardd track 'No Way'. Is it just us 'ere or does the 'Cor' Blimey' Donae'o says in the hook remind you of anything? Either way it's not often that you see two artists from the grime and funky house genres collaborate, but 'No Way' shows that when they do it works.

Tinchy Stryder ft. Yungen - Bonjour

James Arthur - Faded [A64]

'Ere at Cor' Grimey we're not really for the whole X Factor hype, but like everyone else, there is one artist we LOVE. We think you already know who we're talkin' bout, oh yes, the man of the moment James Arthur. With his raw, passionate vocals James is not the kinda guy you'd think would be on the excessively manufactured X Factor but we're glad he is, just for the exposure it's brought him. Now you're gonna love this, an ORIGINAL piece from the man himself, yep James Arthur has jumped on SBTV for a very special A64 that see's him perform his song 'Faded'. Perfection.

Tuesday 6 November 2012

KOF - Ridin' Round The City

Ever since the brilliant 'Child of the Ghetto' we've been waiting for big things from KOF, and he hasn't dissapointed. He collaborates with Soul Culture for the visuals to the previously unreleased 'Ridin' Round The City' and its a smooth, laidback affair, perfect to just chill to. The track is taken off his upcoming project 'Soul:LOVE' which is FREE ladies and gentlemen (so no excuses to not download it)

Mic Righteous - Hold It Down

Mic Righteous brings abit of fun with the 'Hold It Down' video on SBTV.  It's been said Mic Righteous is too serious but thats why we've always had respect for him; he spits them serious, honest bars that actucally have some substance to them. This is a nice change but go back to what your best at Mic, spitting them deep bars.

Ethneezy - Life, Dreams & Destiny

Be sure to download Black The Ripper's new mixtape 'Black Is Beautiful 2' 'ere: http://soundcloud.com/sbtvmusic/sets/sbtv-exclusive-mixtape-black/

Misha B - Do You Think Of Me (Cashtastic Remix)

We 'ere at Cor' Grimey liked Misha B from her X Factor days, so you wouldn't be surprised that when we heard her second single "Do You Think Of Me" we liked it. But we liked it even more when we heard that Cashtastic dropped a verse for a remix to the track. It's good to see these two artists collaborate and it's looking like Cashtastic's breaking into mainstream which is good look in our opinion.

It's not very often you hear artists putting out a serious underlying message in their tracks (and it's especially rare for artists to be sampling music from the 80's) but this works and we'll definitely be keeping an ear out for Scandal in the near future and we suggest you should to and listen to the lyrics. Scandal has something to say.

Joey Mane - Life Of A Hustler

"I'm only at it for the paper, I ain't talking 'bout no Metro"
We 'ere at Cor' Grimey like hearing fresh material so when this 'ard track from upcoming artist Joey Mane was sent to us we were not disappointed. Providing his personal outlook of life on the streets the East London artist definitely does his thing on this Hip Hop instrumental. Check it out!

Wednesday 24 October 2012

Lz - Bar For Bar

"On YouTube they say that I look like Drake, just 'Thank Me Later' cause 'She Will', I'll make 'Headlines' one day"
When we 'ere at Cor' Grimey first featured Brum MC Lz's Scene Smasher the one thing that stood out was his sickk lyricism. Now returning to P110 Media for a 'Bar For Bar' session Lz proves he's still a lyrical force not to be reckoned with and with the session being only over two minutes our only criticism is that it's not long enough! Check it out!

Joe Fire - The Truth

"But it's hard not to get down from it sometimes, when you're out in the rain praying for sunshine"

We gotta give props to UK Overstood, practically every video they upload is a bangerrr! Our point is proven by their recently uploaded track by Joe Fire 'The Truth'. Spitting fire over the XX's Intro (an amazing instrumental if we may say so) Joe gives a deep insightful look into his life. This is a good look.

Rakaya B - Smoking Cigarettes [Grimeyy Cover]

Rakaya B brings that soulful vibe with her grimeyy rendition of Tweet's 'Smoking Cigarettes'

Flepz - Roadside Session

'Ere at Cor' Grimey we've started to get bored with the same old freestyle sessions being thrown out by the same old artists. So when we came across Flepz Roadside Sessions we were pleasantly surprised. The young artist goes innn with a controlled flow and catchy bars over the famous Tupac instrumental. Give him some time and he could grow into a Biggg artist. Remember the name Flepz.

Ard Adz and Gheezy - My Moment

Ard Adz is onto yet another banger with 'My Moment'. Gheezy spits a nice verse and carries the song well, but the spotlight is on Adz with them simple yet effective bars we get gassed to time and time again.

Devlin feat. Wretch 32 - Off With Their Heads

What happens when you put two of the 'ardest grimeyy artists on one track? It's OFF WITH THEIR 'EADS! Jheezee, we've been waiting for the visuals to this track for a while now and our long wait has not left us dissapointed. Devlin declares his return to the mainstream with the help of Wretch, and since this is only a taster of what is to come, we can't say just how excited we are for 'A Moving Picture'

Friday 19 October 2012

WHAT'S THE MIX CD SAYING!?: Pressure - The P.R.e.view

It not unusual to have an artist dropping a promo track for a upcoming release but Stay Fresh's Pressure goes one up above the norm to drop a whole tape of freestyles, unreleased tracks and show reels for his upcoming mixtape "Grime Is Money".

What we 'ere like about Birmingham scene as a whole is how active the Grime scene is there and Pressure's mix CD highlights that with a series of collaborators from his collective Stay Fresh and others like Grime Squad and OG'z to name a few.

The 18 track tape has Pressure showcasing his lyricism alongside his trademark flow  (which has in our opinion makes him stand out in the Grime scene) going inn over a series of grimeyy instrumentals.

And that's a great thing about the tape is the production which complement Pressure spitting style nicely and keeps true to the grime genre to make a series of 'ard tracks so we 'ere at Cor' Grimey have to shout-out Swifta Beater, Mastermind, Neon Beats, CRT, Teeza and Pressure (yeah fam he produces!) for the production.

End of the day with a series of sick beats, 'ard features and even 'arrdder bars "The P.R.e.view" has definitely got us hyped for his upcoming mixtape "Grime Is Money" Be sure to check it out!

You can download "The P.R.e.view 'ere:

Haze feat. Sway & Hipman Junky

Don Menna - Alone Tonight

"Its just me and that pen"

Woiiiii! Don Menna goes well and truly innnn with his latest release 'Alone Tonight'. The South London rapper has been doing his thing for  a while now, but we really like the direction he's going in with 'Alone Tonight'

Big Ben - Lets Talk About It [Aaliyah Freestyle]

"You buy a bottle, everybody wanna grab a cup, everybody wanna ryde, nobody wanna saddle up"

Big Ben spits that grimeyy fiyah over Drake's 'Enough Said' instrumental (of course with the beautiful vocals of Aaliyah on top). Big Ben is one of those rappers that makes spitting look easy. Big up to the underrated artist.

Blittz - Blue Sky

Blittz becomes the latest rapper to jump on the 'Blue Skies' beat. Who do you reckon gave the best grimeyy refix of 'Blue Skies' - Blittz or KS and Infecta? We're gonna stay impartial since we support both artists. All we have to say is this is a good look for Blittz.

Thursday 18 October 2012

Kidtazstik - Poppin'

16 year old fem'cee Kidtzstik goes innnn with the infectious 'Poppin'. We gotta say we see a real improvement in the Kid's lyricism and flow. Keep doing your thing Kid.

Lady Leshur - L YEAH!

Leshurr's at it again. Yep, the fem'cee unleashes that 'aardd lyricism for 'LYEAH!'. Our one complaint?  It's too damn short *sigh*  Friggin' L!

Lil Nasty - "Big"

Lil' Nasty does it BIGGG with his latest release on SBTV.

 'Ard!

Roses Gabor - Stars

With such an influx of grimeyy female singers in the game this year (Etta Bond, Cleo Sol, Russo and the girls from Stooshe to name but a few) its a competitive battle field to say the least. But Roses Gabor proves herself to be a front runner with the addictive sound and visuals of 'Stars'. Remember the name, she's sure to blow.

Greasy Geezers vs Caveman - Fry You Like Fish @ The Jam

OK we're a bit late (2 months in fact) but we had to share this infectious track with all you grime heads! Mixing comedy, old school hip hop and some serious bass, this is a combination we're feeling. It's nice to see there is still some originality amongst all the duplicates crowding the scene.

Wednesday 17 October 2012

Russo - Born To Die

One of the first artists we 'ere at Cor' Grimey featured Russo drops her 'ardd take on Lana Del Rey's hit track "Born To Die". Russo extrudes a rawness which sets her apart from a lot of singers in the UK scene at the moment. From the unique track instrumental to the simple and edgy video it's good to see the Brixton singer still as authentic as she was when we first featured her last year.

Wretch 32 - Pop?

*Ahh yeah!* Wretch 32 returns with infectiously catchy track "Pop?". Initially known for his grimeyy musical roots Wretch 32 has definitely blown in the UK scene but exclaims the already evident fact that he "ain't a popstar". Check it out!

Make sure you check out Wretch 32 latest mixtape "Wretchercise" 'ere: http://www.sendspace.com/file/objost

Novelist and Dee Jillz - Chiba Freestyle

Novelist and Dee Jillz bring it back to that old school grime vibe with their freestyle for Chiba Visuals. 'Ere at Cor' Grimey we've had our eyes on both artists for a while now and we can see real improvements in the South East London rappers.

Twiss and Yung Whizza - Dont Wanna See Us Rise

Twiss and Yung Whizza go innnn over the beat on 'Dont Wanna See Us Ride' for Chiba Visuals.

Lexx Cobain Ft Joe Black - My Life

It seems like everything Joe Black touches (or, in his case, spits on) turns to gold and that thory is completely true with his feature on Lexx Cobain's 'My Life'.  Lexx also does his thing on the track but Joe's lyricism and flow is on a whole different level to the majority of his grimeyy peers.

Monday 15 October 2012

Giggs - What N*ggas Want

Umm! Yeah that's right fellow grime fans Giggs is back and he's back with a BANGER! The track which in our opinion is reminiscent to Waka Flocka Flame's breakthrough hit 'Hard In The Paint' has the artist responding to the criticism from his absence. End of the day it's good to see the South London rapper returning to the scene after almost a year on hiatus and for all those who thought Giggs has lost it because he's been away then have a listen fam!

Sunday 14 October 2012

Jack & Max - Warm Up Sessions

"Even that got nothing on our new stuff, we got 'em seeing red and we ain't even blew (blue) up"
"I guess I'm too cool for school I left with zero degrees"
If you thought that Krept and Konan was the only rapping duo in UK scene. Then check out London brothers Jack & Max (no fam, not from eastenders...) as they go 'ardd with so many punchlines we had to reload the video a few times.

With a description we're giving now it is easy to believe that Jack and Max are another Krept and Konan but if you watch the video you can hear their punchlines aren't solely for fun. Their personal lyrics bring a true rawness to the session and holds a underlying message about the modern world and the influences music can have. We 'ere at Cor' Grimey think that they keep dropping more sick material like this they're going to be a major problem in the scene (in a good way of course).

Thursday 11 October 2012

Dru Blu - Clique (UK Remix)

"These rappers are phony so you don't see me with 'em, talking 'bout they're roadies but on road they keep 'em hidden"
From the very first bar Dru Blu goes 'ardd as he returns with a grimeyy refix of Big Sean, Jay Z and Kanye West's hit track "Clique". The South London artist is probably one of the first major artists to go on this track  's instrumental and he's definitely set a high boundry. So we 'ere at Cor' Grimey are saying good luck if anyone wants to have a go on this instrumental. Check it!

Miss B - 20,000 Problems

Miss B gets a few things off her mind with '20,000 Problems' for JDZ Media. With a good mixture of singing and rapping, Miss B shows she is a woman of many talents. We look forward to what she does next.

English Frank - #FrankOnDrums

English Frank pours his grimeyy vocals over a Drum'N'Bass track. Sick!

OG Niki - Changes

'Ere at Cor' Grimey we've always seen OG Niki as the UK's answer to Lil' Kim; both very urm shall we say explicit with their lyrics (with songs such as 'I Just Wanna Bang' and those infamous bars "Get fucked from the back screaming La La La), both having had beef with another female rapper (Niki with No Lay and Lil' Kim with Nicki Minaj like you didn't already know) but most importantly, both are highly undderated in terms of their lyrical ability and flows.

So we was well chuffed when we heard this little gem from Niki, showing that she isn't just trying to gain attention with her sexual lyrics and she's actually, well quite good if we say so ourselves. Big respect to Niki, most people thought she was done after the business with No Lay, but she's shown she's still in the game.

Tuesday 9 October 2012

YJ - My Area

"University made me realise the world is bigger than just my area"

YJ delivers an inspirational message with 'My Area'. Not a 'yatt' or 'stacking that p' is mentioned, YJ is bringing that reality rap to the forefront and we can't praise him enough for it.

Karmah Cruz - BMTD

Fresh from the release of her EP 'Encryption' Karmah Cruz releases the visuals to one of our favourite tracks, 'BTMD'. Karmah Cruz captures a vibe that most rappers wish they had, she's a fierce artist amongst many 'poser' rappers who aren't in it for the music.

J Lynch - Diced Pineapples Remix

J Lynch is back again, this time with a track that shows his two strengths; rapping and singing. 'Diced Pineapples Remix' is an effortless cover, J Lynch makes it look easy.

Monday 8 October 2012

Sneakbo, Sho Shallow, Timbo, Ambush, Depzman, Ard Adz Cypher

After much anticipation SB.TV drops their latest cypher and if you saw the teaser or even the list of of names  in the title you should already know (like we do) that it's 'ardd before even giving it a listen. With a combination of sick bars (from Sneakbo, Ard Adz and Shallow), mad flows (from Depzman) and personal lyrics (especially Timbo) every artist goes inn!

End of the day it's good to see these artists come together to make a cypher and shout out to SB.TV for setting it up. 'Ere at Cor' Grimey, we're just hoping that this is the first of many cyphers with these artists.

No Lay - Below Zero

We might aswell just do a weekly update on No Lay, 'cos every single track she drops is straight FIYAH! 'Below Zero' delivers just what No Lay is best at, fearless vocals over a sickk beat. 'Ard!

Sunday 7 October 2012

Big Narstie - Ultra Gas

Jheez! Big Narstie gets us gassed with grime bangerr 'Ultra Gas' and it's safe to say that visuals are just as mad as the bars. The N Double A frontman has been known for his standout videos on SB.TV such as his Rick Ross inspired visual for his '100 Bars of Pain' session so its no surprise that Big Narstie's come out with another unique video for the channel but we 'ere at Cor' Grimey think that videos like this shows how comedic he is which is refreshing compared to artists who come across as too serious in the UK scene. Check it out!

TBless feat. Orlando - Rebirth

TBless comes with the catchy 'Rebirth' featuring the soulful vocals of Orlando. The chorus and bridge make this the kind of track we could see in the UK Top 40, but unfortunately TBless' bars are too real for the masses so we'll just be content with the 30,000 view it has.

Trigga Ryder & Frankie Benjamins - Still In The Hood

Trigga Ryder and Frankie Benjamins join forces for 'Still In The Hood', off their upcoming collaborative mixtape 'Next Level'. Both artists have been off our radar til now, but finally we have seen the light (praise the Lord, hallelujahhh) and this effort is reality rap at its best. Big up both artists, we cant wait for the mixtape to drop in December.

Reaper - Never Judge

"Don't think 'cause I'm a stunter, never came from the gutter, life in the slums weren't easy for a brother". Instrumental's a bit loud for the track but that doesn't effect how raw Reaper's bars are. Check it out!

Clement Marfo & The Frontline - Us Against The World

When we 'ere at Cor' Grimey had a quick play of popular football game FIFA 13 we realised that a few UK artists has made the soundtrack list including UK music group Clement Marfo & The Frontline and their 2011 single 'Us Against The World'. With a combination of 'ardd bars and great vocals this feel good track just highlights how unique this group is and we 'ere are glad that they've been put on such a popular platform. Check it out!

Stooshe - Waterfalls

Stooshe get us all nostalgic with the release of their cover of TLC's effortlessly brilliant 'Waterfalls'. Being a 90's baby, TLC were a big part of our childhood, so to see our favourite grimeyy girl group pay homage to one of the greatest groups of all time, well its a good feeling. We really like the implicit similarities to the 1994 hit, and how can we forget the appearance made by TLC's very own Tboz and Chilli at the end (still looking as beautiful as ever), if only Lisa 'Left Eye' Lopez could have featured. The acapella version of Lisa's verse is a touching tribute that sounds almost as beautiful as the woman herself. R.I.P Left Eye.

Saturday 6 October 2012

Krept & Konan - Don't Judge Me (Ft Anthony Thomas)

In a recent interview with SB.TV Krept and Konan said that their music is not restricted to any specific genre which is evident with new track 'Don't Judge Me featuring Anthony Thomas. Being a much different track from their last release 'Light Up', Don't Judge Me has the UK rap duo going deep on the theme of relationships.
"You doubt you and I 'cause you're always in Uni"
We 'ere at Cor' Grimey think that this track is reminiscent to one of Drake's love songs but Krept and Konan's trademark punchlines makes this track stand out on its own. We 'ere are also introduced to Anthony Thomas smooth vocals which we're bound to keep an ear out for in the future.

K Koke feat. Maverick Sabre - Turn Back

''Been betrayed by a cuddle and a heartless hug''

K Koke and Maverick Sabre team up on the effortlessly brilliant 'Turn Back'. K Koke who's fresh from the release of his latest mixtape "Pure Koke Vol.3" drops some personal bars (a trait that makes him stand out in the UK scene) on this track and Maverick Sabre who dropped his debut album 'Lonely Are The Brave' earlier this year applies his soulful vocals to the hook.  End of the day Mista Jam asked give one word to describe this song and our response is 'ardddd! (if that counts...)

Griminal - The Most Cold

Griminal bounces back once again, displaying Grime at its Grimiest.

Dubz & Rootsman - Demons

Dubz and Rootsman team up for the overly grimeyy 'Demons'. Innn!

Vince Kidd feat. Lady Leshurr - Sick Love [Music Video]

Vince Kidd brings out the visuals to the new improved 'Sick Love' featuring none other than Lady Leshurr. With similarites and differences (the same half naked woman gyrating, but this time with a colourful feel) to the original version of 'Sick Love' we're not sure whether we like this new video better than the original, duurrttyy version that captured our hearts months ago. But one things for sure, putting Lady Leshurr on the track was a genius move!

Thursday 4 October 2012

TNGHT Feat AyHay - Higher Ground

Jheeze! AyHay goes well and truly innn over Hudson Mohawke and Lunice's sicckkk 'Higher Ground'. And there's even better news, you can download it for free! (Download link below)

 http://www.mediafire.com/?doqdv0dc43dmmuh

Grimeyy TV: Party On The Bus!

Come on, who has not, at one point of their life thought ''A shubz on the bus would be pretty sick ya'know'' and we're with you, it would. Team Pac TV do just that (before getting sent off by the disgruntled driver) throwing some serious shapes to a house track. We can definitely see this catching on, I mean who wouldn't want to skank hardcore on a packed bus? PARTY ON THE BUSSSS!

Skepta - Ace Hood Flow

Skepta gets a few things off his chest with 'Ace Hood Flow'. The Boy Better Know veteran goes 'aardd talking about the recycled trash being used by many artists in the genre. We agree completely with every line Skepta spits, this is a track for the replay button.

Shystie - Step Off

Woiiiii! Time after time Shystie comes back with them BANGERS, and this is no different, 'Step Off' is an aggressive, full-on skankfest only the Queen Shystie could deliver. Off her recently released 'Gold Dust 2' mixtape (if you haven't downloaded it, what are you doing with your life please?), this is only a snippet of The Queen's gold.

Monday 1 October 2012

K Koke - Warning

It's been a great year for K Koke, marking his comeback earlier in January with 'Welcome Back' (if you haven't heard it check it out fam!) and afterwards a string of sick tracks with label Roc Nation. Now K Koke drops another 'ardd track "Warning" and new mixtape "Pure Koke 3". The USG frontman has definitely made a grimeyy classic and is bound to get any fan gassed and if there's more tracks like this we're defo looking forward to hear the free mixtape.

Download "Pure Koke: Volume 3" 'ere: http://www.sendspace.com/file/ll1gay

PRessure - Lord Of The Mics 4 Hype Session sending for MIK

We 'ere at Cor' Grimey are looking forward to Lord of the Mics firstly for the 'ardd artists but more for the 'arder clashes! And the clash between M.I.K and Birmingham's PRessure is looking to be a good one. PRessure brings the pars with this send and alongside his trademark flow PRessure defo made this comeback legit. "M.I.K murdered in a clash, I'll make sure that stands for your name".

M.I.K - Lord Of The Mics 4 Hype Session sending for PRessure

Since we 'ere at Cor' Grimey are fans of both M.I.K and PRessure we thought that if we blog about one send we gotta blog about the other. "I don't care where you're from, Man, Leeds, Leicester, Brum, everybody knows how I get down in a war, everybody knows that M is the one". M.I.K's mad flow is the highlight of this send as it brings a flurry of pars that has him holding it down for Family Tree. We're split on who's going to win this when the LOTM4 DVD drops but we 'ere agree that when they clash its going to be muad! Check it out!

Brotherhood - Warm Up Sessions

Brotherhood goes inn with an update from their last warm up session a month ago on SB.TV. Going 'ardd in their previous Hip Hop session this year the duo makes it all about Grime this time (see that rhyme there?) with Menace and Blaze going back to back with a mad flow and personal lyrics. We 'ere at Cor' Grimey are amazed time after time at how compatible the brothers respective spitting styles are with each other and how it shines on sessions like this which is one of the main qualities which have made them a real problem in the scene. Be sure to keep an eye out for the duo. Minarmy stand up!

Be sure to check out their forthcoming 'The Tweens' mixtape out 11th November but if you can't wait check out Brotherhood's 'I'm Real Like That' E.P. 'ere: http://hoodtapes.co.uk/brotherhood-im-real-like-dat-e-p/

Friday 28 September 2012

Sho Shallow - Like This

Sho Shallow goes solo with 'Like This'. As usual it's a deep offering with a dope instrumental. Anything with the name 'Sho Shallow' near it is very likely to be 'aarrddd.

Ghetts - Victim

Jheeze! Ghetts does what he does best with the overly grimeyy 'Victim'.

Thursday 27 September 2012

Mike Delinquent Project feat Lady Leshurr - Step In The Dance

Lady Leshurr never left but she's BACK with a bangeerrrr! With a big garage vibe to it, and the chorus and last verse very reminiscent of garage's first lady Miss Dynamite, this is 3 minutes and 8 seconds of pure FIYAHHH!

Trimbal - Confidence Boost (Harmonimix)

Jheezeeee Trimbal gives us suttin a little different with 'Confidence Boost'. With sicckkk production (the bass is too much!) and an interesting concept regarding the video and lyrics, this is one for the replay. REWWINNDDD!

Odotsheaman, Presh UK & Fudge - Damn That's F*ckery

Underrated lyricist Odotsheaman spits whats on his mind with "Damn That's F*ckery' featuring Presh UK and Fudge. Odotsheaman makes it all about the punchlines on his verse of the deep track as he spits about his views on the UK scene and his position in it. We 'ere at Cor' Grimey are also feeling Presh UK going 'ard on the hook and Fudge's personal bars for his part of the track, be sure to check it out!

Benny Banks - "See Me Now" - A64

It looks like North London's Benny Banks is keeping the work rate up with this  acoustic version of new track "See Me Now" (featuring Ryan Keen on guitar and the hook). The track makes us reminisce to Mr Banks older tracks like "Show Me The Way" and his first SB.TV Warm Up Session where his deep and personal lyrics made him stand out in the UK scene.

We 'ere at Cor' Grimey are also liking singer Ryan Keen's distinctive vocals which complements the track nicely. End of the day 'See Me Now' is a reflection song as Benny spits about how his life changed, but in our opinion he's only just begun.

Wednesday 26 September 2012

Depzman - Warm Up Session

Brummy MC Depzman goes well and truly inn for his solo debut on SB.TV (be sure to also watch him alongside his collective Invasion Alert on their cypher for SB.TV) far from home in Ibiza. Depzman has established himself as one of the 'ardest upcoming Grime MC's from Birmingham and at only 17? Well we 'ere at Cor' Grimey think two things: the future's looking bright for the grime MC and secondly is he lying about his age in Ibiza? But of course our first thought is our main focus, check it out!

Lowko - Playing With Fire

"Straight to the top, came from the bottom, I'm the reason why these other rappers get forgotten". No doubting that Lowko's 'playing with fire' with this new track (see what we did there?). Demonstrating his 'ardd bars and flow, Lowko makes this sickk track look like lightwork.

Tuesday 25 September 2012

Scorcher - F64 [S3.EP40]

As soon as we 'ere at Cor' Grimey heard the 'I Don't Like' instrumental we knew rapper and actor Scorcher was going to go inn! And he does not fail to disappoint with his F64 for SB.TV. Scorcher's mad flow is what stands out as he wraps round the instrumental nicely. Check it out!

Monday 24 September 2012

Daff - Freestyle [No Comment Wear TV]

Daff goes hard on the beat with his session for 'No Comment Wear TV' an upcoming outlet for rappers. Spitting about life on the streets there's no doubting that Daff goes personal for this session. Sick!

Charlie P - Dread In My Town

Woiiii Charlie P brings them vibes with his own take on Damien Marley's 'Welcome to Jamrock' for 'Dread In My Town'. 'Arrdddd! It's not often you see UK rappers spitting over reggae...wait we didn't think that through...but it is a breath of fresh air from the likes Sneakbo 'Touch Ah Button' check it out!

Mic Righteous - Warm Up Session

If anything can be said about Mic Righteous, it's that he is a lyrical force to be reckoned with. Now two years since his SB.TV debut Mic Righteous goes 'arddd once again but this time with a much more deeper Warm Up Session. You can really see the passion and intensity in his bars, factors that make him really stand out in the competitive UK scene.

Sunday 23 September 2012

Mic Righteous, English Frank, Jun Tzu, Roxxxan, Tez Kidd, Shotty Horroh, Madhat McGore, Flow Dem, Phorm - The UK Rap Anthem

Jheeeze! This is a BIG collaboration set up by none other than our favourite grimeyy fat man Charlie Sloth. With each and every artist going thoroughly innnn we can't see anything bad with this track, we're also loving the variety of artists in terms of UK area's. 'Arddd!

Saturday 22 September 2012

Kitty Cowell - The World

Jheeze! Kitty Cowell dishes up something abit different to her rap peers with 'The World'. With sickk production (the bass kills it!), an interesting flow & lyrical ability, Kitty Cowell is the true definition of an artist. Want more? Download her mixtape '13' from http://www.kittycowell.bandcamp.com

WATCH IT HERE

Friday 21 September 2012

Sneakbo - Zim Zimma

Sneakbo returns with a song for the raves. We gotta say we're liking this sound, even though a lot of people will criticize him for becoming too 'mainstream'. Keep doing your thing 'Bo!

Shystie - N***as in Paris Freestyle

Shystie gives us a taster of what to expect from the highly anticipated 'Gold Dust Volume 2 mixtape'. 'Ard!

Thursday 20 September 2012

FIRE IN THE CYPHER: N Double A

Ahhh! Grime collective N Double A compiled of Big Narstie, L Dot Man, Typah, Infamous and Uncle Dreama has got us fully gassed with a back to back cypher for SB.TV. We were shouting just as much as Big Narstie throughout this cypher as every artist spits fireee over this grime instrumental (shoutout to Dullah Beatz for the production). End of the day N Double A are one of the 'arddest Grime Collective in the UK scene (Next to BBK of course).

Vince Kidd feat. Benny Banks - Sick Love [ELE Mix]

Jheeeze! Fresh from blogging Lady Leshurr's spot on 'Sick Love' we're back again with Mr. Bada Bing and his take on Vince Kidd's addictive 'Sick Love'. Its a completely different song in comparison to Lady Leshurr's effort so we can't say which one better as, like Vince's love, they're both sicckkkk! (see what we did there?)

Labrinth, Lunar C, Mr. Faizer, Maxsta, Yungen and Marger - Upcoming Anthem

Jheeeze! We gotta say Lunar C, Maxsta and Marger were in a league of their own on this heavy instrumental crafted by none other than the man of the moment Labrinth. This is a brilliant offering from SBTV and really showcases a variety of grimeyy talents. 'Ard!

MOtiVe - Keep Your Head Up

MOtiVe show the real meaning of #PAIN with latest track 'Keep Your Head Up'. I'm sure we have all felt the pain of falling over while running for the bus. Moment of silence.

Wednesday 19 September 2012

James Gill - I Heard It On The Radio

James Gill is one of those rappers, that is sadly underrated, but hopefully with the release of new album 'The Purpose Is The Process' this will all change. 'I Heard It On The Radio' is yet another hip-hop banger with some meaning behind it. You probably won't hear this on the radio, but that doesn't make James any less of an artist.

Youngs Teflon - God Save The Queens

Youngs Teflon comes with a laid-back hip-hop track as his 3rd single off upcoming mixtape 'TR!LL!N'. If this is the quality of songs on the mixtape we can't wait for it to drop!

Tuesday 18 September 2012

XO Man - Quag

Jheeze! XO man is back with yet another banger, this time changing his alias to ''Quag Kartel'' for latest track 'Quag'. If the livveee production and wordplay isn't enough, you can always watch the music video for the various cameos, including Stooshe, Mikill Pane, Ed Sheeran, Amplify Dot and Harry Styles (you know, the one with Justin Beiber hair from One Direction) all attempting the 'Quag' - a new dance craze for the raves? We think so.

Thursday 13 September 2012

Ray Gambeno - Godfather

Ray Gambeno has just been placed on our one to watch list with this conceptually smart track "Godfather". The track has the London artist going deep spitting about his life experiences on the streets while comparing it to the movie The Godfather. We 'ere at Cor' Grimey really like the concept of the track which is conveyed well through these visuals but it's Gambeno's personal lyricism that stands out and gets full ratings from us. With tracks like this Ray Gambeno's new EP 'The 87' is a must download so check it out!

You can download 'The 87 EP'  'ere at: http://hoodtapes.co.uk/raygambeno-the-87-ep/

Kaz - Warm Up Sessions

Kaz had established himself as one of the best young rappers in the UK scene since the age of 14 with an 'ardd freestyle session which gained him much attention. Now Kaz goes inn yet again with his SB.TV debut in this warm up session.

Kaz's deep lyricism is what stands out throughout all his freestyles and this one is no exception with the London MC's spitting a flurry of personal bars about his experiences of life in the streets, how life's changed since he first gained a buzz and his hopes for the future. From what we've heard from Kaz it's obvious that he's an artists that's just gone strength to strength since is early debut into the UK scene and we'll be looking forward to what he does next.

Vince Kidd - Sick Love feat. Lady Leshurr

Jheez! Vince Kidd and Lady Leshurr join forces for this 'sickk' collaboration with "Sick Love" (see what we did there?). Vince Kidd who rose to attention after being a finalist in The Voice (even though we were listening to his material before that *sigh*) and if you were watching you'd remember how he stood out with his unique music style.

Well this track won't have fans old and new disappointed as his individualism shines through with his great vocals and Lady Leshurr mad flow wrapping round the instrumental nicely. We 'ere were mad excited to see this collaboration and if you weren't excited yourself check it out and you'll see why.

Wednesday 12 September 2012

Yungen - Rapstars

Play Dirty's recent addition Yungen goes inn with grimeyy bangerr "Rapstars". The track has Yungen spitting about his 'rapstar' lifestyle over a grime/electro instrumental (shoutout to Steel Banglez for the production). Look out for a series of cameo's from the likes of Sneakbo and fellow PD members Krept and Konan in the video.

P110 - Flawzz [Scene Smasher] - PT.2

Jheeeeze! Flawzz is back with part 2 of his scene smasher for P110, and we gotta say, this is a big improvement on his first. Sickkk flow!

Fekky feat. Young Spray and Frisco - Bang

The highly anticipated collab between Fekky, Young Spray and Frisco has arrived with a BANG! (See what we did there?) This is gass music at its best and we know its gonna be on replay for a considerable amount of time...

Tuesday 11 September 2012

DaddysGirls feat. Troy - Crush

We've known about DaddysGirls since the 'Life Begins With Lyrics' days and have always championed them on, even though they're still majorly underrated. But with a new music video and ex Ruff Diamond Troy's flawless vocals they finally seem to have found their feet. This is a good look for the girls.

Dionne Reid - Here I Come [A64]

Dionne Reid makes her SBTV debut with a brilliant acoustic session singing upcoming track 'Here I Come'. Having only heard a snippet of the song Dionne uploaded to Youtube, we were thrilled to finally hear the whole track and it was worth the wait! We love the carribean feel that kicks in at the halfway mark and the way Dionne makes it seem so effortless. Wanna hear more from her? How about you download her 'S.M.I.L.E' EP, and the best thing is, you can buy it for whatever you think it's worth (we'd say talent like this deserves atleast a tenner)

Download S.M.I.L.E EP: http://dionnereid.bandcamp.com/
